On December 31, 2024, Colorado began accepting applications for natural medicine facilitators, who will be licensed to administer regulated psilocybin products to participants at state-licensed healing centers. Boulder Business lawyer Adam Foster has been advising clients in the area of plant medicine since 2010. In this presentation he will provide a high-level overview of Colorado’s Natural Medicine Health Act, state agency implementing rules, and City of Boulder Code provisions, as well as providing practical tips for lawyers advising business clients interested in operating a licensed natural medicine business.”
