Please be advised that the Rhode Island Cannabis Control Commission has proposed the adoption of the following regulations:

560-RICR-10-05-1, Administration, Procedures and Enforcement

560-RICR-10-10-1, Cannabis Establishment Applications, Licensing and Renewals

560-RICR-10-10-2, Operational Requirements for Cannabis Establishments

560-RICR-10-15-1, Caregiver Registration, Medical Home Grows, and Personal Cultivation

The Commission is accepting written comments on the proposed regulations through February 7, 2025. Please send your comments to [email protected] or the Commission’s mailing address, however, email is preferred.

A public hearing on all four regulations will be held in person on Friday, January 24, 2025, at 1pm at the Public Utilities Commission, 89 Jefferson Blvd, Warwick, RI, 02886. Public comment will only be received in person at this hearing.
