Have a read of this Talking Joints Memo piece on somebody called James Davis by journalist Jack Gorsline.

Having followed the Mass CCC for the last 18 months Gorsline is right in identfying individuals like this early on in the game otherwise, if there is a psychedelics program in Massachusetts the thought that it might end up duplicating the story of cannabis regulation in the state is somewhat terrifying.

Gorsline writes

Embattled fraudster and veteran impersonator James Davis — founder of the newly-rebranded Bay Staters for Creative Well-Being has re-emerged and is attempting to host events in the greater Boston area.

The baffling move comes after Davis was fired by Boston City Councilor Enrique Pepen late last year allegedly at least in part due to his documented pattern of misconduct over the last half decade — including impersonating US marine Veteran Mike Botelho for nearly 9 months last year.
