Notice of extension of written comment period for modifications to proposed rulemaking to adopt regulations to update pesticide testing requirements.
The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is providing notice to the public of the extension of the written comment period for modifications to the proposed regulatory text to update pesticide testing requirements.

You can comment on the proposed regulations through Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
You can submit comments by mail or email. You only need to submit your comment by one method.
