All marijuana-infused beverage submissions will now be submitted through the Accela Citizen’s Access (ACA) portal. This change is intended to improve the submission process and communication by standardizing intake, creating a central database for managing beverage records and workflows, and allowing submitters to track the status of their submissions.

As part of this transition, previously approved beverage records will be migrated into Accela. If you have received prior approval to produce a marijuana-infused beverage, you may receive an automated notification from Accela during this process. No action is required. CRA staff will complete all transfers, and any such notifications may be disregarded.
