MIAMI, Nov. 12, 2024 – PRESS RELEASE – AYR Wellness Inc., a leading vertically integrated multistate cannabis operator, announced that Amethyst Health LLC was conditionally awarded a vertically integrated medical cannabis “registered organization” (RO) license by New York State at the New York Cannabis Control Board on Nov. 12.

Black Star Wellness LLC is the majority owner of Amethyst Health. AYR is an operational partner and minority owner of Amethyst Health.
