DCR’s goal in this sampling process is to verify product safety, labeling accuracy, and testing consistency. Licensees may be required to submit samples for testing, immediately upon notice from DCR. See 19 CSR 100-1.110(12) for more information.

What licensees need to know:

• DCR staff collecting the sample may be different than your assigned compliance officer and will be required to present a State of Missouri identification card at the time of sample collection.

• Samples will be tested at an authorized laboratory, including a licensed marijuana testing facility, the Missouri State Public Health Laboratory, or another approved lab.
