Andrew Clark, the purported “second in command” to ex-Olympian drug lord Ryan Wedding has pleaded not guilty to 11 charges – including four murders.
Clark is one of 16 people charged in an FBI investigation into a violent cross-border drug trafficking ring, allegedly run by Wedding.
Investigators believe Wedding and Clark led a billion-dollar drug ring that worked alongside Mexican cartels to smuggle cocaine into Canada. The pair are also accused of ordering hits on enemies, including the mistaken identity killings of a couple in Caledon in 2023.
At the time of his arrest in 2024, Clark was living in Mexico. Wedding has not been located, and remains one of America’s most-wanted men.
Of the 16 people facing charges, ten are Canadian.
Clark faces a minimum of 20 years in prison for the murder charges, and a minimum of 10 years for the drug trafficking charges.
