CLEVELAND OH / MAY 14 2024 The Ohio Cannabis Health and Business Summit, the largest and longest running annual trade show for cannabis industry stakeholders in Ohio, is pleased announce the appointment Cassie Tomaselli to the position of Communications Advisor.

Tomaselli, who has seven years of experience in cannabis marketing, media, and events under her belt, will work with OCHBS founder Lenny Berry, to attract local and national industry professionals and the public for a high-value networking event, education, and exhibition on October 4-5, 2020 at the IX Center, Cleveland.

“This is an historic year for the Ohio marijuana market, with adult-use cannabis sales on the horizon. Berry said that they were thrilled to have Cassie join the team in this pivotal time to help supercharge the event and show off all the potential and opportunities available right here in Ohio to provide safe access to cannabis and to embark on new business ventures.

Tomaselli began her career in the cannabis industry as the managing editor for the award-winning publication Cannabis Business Times. She has also served as the marketing director for Ohio’s vertically integrated cannabis company Firelands Scientific. She is the founder of Tomaselli Media, a boutique marketing agency that specializes in cannabis and purpose-driven products. She will assist with programming, public relation, organization and facilitation of the event. The event is expected to bring 4,000 local and nationwide attendees to Cleveland in the fall.
