Emerge Law Group is thrilled to announce the promotion of Kaci Hohmann to shareholder at the firm. Kaci, who joined Emerge in 2018 after clerking as a law student, has played an instrumental role in the firm’s growth and success.

Kaci has built a stellar reputation as a corporate business attorney, navigating the commercial landscape of highly regulated industries. Kaci is adept at handling entity formation, corporate governance, debt and equity financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and all manner of other corporate legal issues. Her extensive experience spans the representation of a diverse array of clients, from smaller “mom and pop” businesses to larger private and public multi-state and multinational operators.  Kaci was also member of the drafting team for Oregon Measure 109, which legalized psilocybin services in Oregon. She serves as co-chair of Emerge Law Group’s psychedelics practice group.
