Christian is human being who serves within the psychedelic law landscape as an attorney & counselor at law, mediator, consultant, and volunteer – he describes himself as a family man, wilderness enthusiast, and traveling student of life.

With his work grounded in the Integrative Law, Conscious Contract, and Human Potential movements, Christian contributes every day to the manifestation of more sustainable local economies, globally-responsible enterprises, and appropriately-updated legal frameworks by serving his clients, speaking at conferences, and sharing his time/energy/art in volunteer service.

Christian is a way-finder – after graduating from law school and being admitted to the Texas Bar in 2015, Christian set out on an unconventional (and ongoing) legal journey aimed at reimagining how high-level legal services could be delivered to visionary individuals and organizations who were operating in uncharted legal service frameworks. To date, his path has included studying international intellectual property law in Croatia, collaborating with innovative technology teams in Kauai, Hawaii, moving to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, to help draft the country’s first Environment and Natural Resources Code, studying the Constitution of the United States and diverse legal frameworks across the country, and providing general counsel service to clients operating at intersections where the law converges with science, religion, technology, and/or the human body.

His work within the psychedelic law landscape is informed by more than a decade of experience providing general counsel and strategic legal guidance to pioneer health & wellness practices, businesses (for-profit and not-for-profit), educational institutions, retreat centers, churches, faith-based organizations, and thought leaders operating in highly-regulated and emerging spaces worldwide.

As an advocate in the psychedelic space, Christian is working towards the realization of revitalized regulatory systems that are capable of painting clear boundaries and protecting public safetywhile simultaneously honoring and holding appropriate space for the sincere expression of religious beliefs, ancestral traditions, harm reduction + harm remediation, and ongoing learning.

Christian applies a fresh relational approach to the role of lawyering – he bridges his work in psychedelic law with his wide spectrum of experiences working with business law, administrative law, constitutional law, health & wellness law, higher education law, international law, regulatory compliance, the life sciences, and participatory policy development to help his clients navigate with clarity and intentionality within rapidly changing legal and regulatory environments.
