35-year-old truck driver arrested after haul uncovered in vehicle
Luxembourg customs officers have seized more than a tonne of hashish and marijuana after stopping a truck driver last week, the customs and excise agency said on Monday.
Customs officers uncovered 1,065 kilograms of hashish and 126 kilograms of marijuana in the vehicle during a roadside inspection, the agency said.
The 35-year-old driver was arrested and the investigation remains ongoing, the agency added.
