The ATC will investigate licensed retailers in the state who are found to be selling cannabis and hemp products.

The Missouri Attorney General’s Office teamed up with Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control in the state to Launch a new taskforce As a spin-off of the new crackdown, “the spread” of psychoactive cannabis products that are not regulated.
