This sounds like METRC saying we donāt want to spend money on buying BioTrack as we have 95+% of the market already and BioTrack being backed into a corner knowing that if it fights METRC itāll lose so might as well get close and hopefuully some sort of deal down the road with enrich the senior partners and C-suites at both companies.
