The Marijuana Enforcement Division has issued an Industry Bulletin highlighting additional revisions to the SB24-076 emergency rules, as well as new and revised rules.

Some of the topics covered in the bulletin include:

• A simplified fee structure
• Change of location/modification of premises requirements
• Testing rule reorganization
• Label requirement changes
• Signatures on manifests

This is the second bulletin regarding rule changes the State Licensing Authority adopted on Oct. 11, 2024, and will take effect on Dec. 4, 2024. The first bulletin provided an overview of select rule revisions effective in December to assist licensees with compliance.
