Due to the upcoming rule change 1.15.4(b), license and local fees will be due upon renewal submission, as opposed to post approval. This change will be made in our system on or about June 15, 2025. If you are submitting your renewal around that timeframe or any time after, please be prepared to pay your fees along with your renewal application. Payment can be made via check or online. Please note that if you choose the check option you will not be able to switch to online payment later. |
Cultivators: Inventory Tracking Reminder |
The Compliance and Enforcement Division would like to remind all growers that the use of the Inventory Tracking System is required. Inventory tracking forms are available in the CCB Portal. And detailed instructions can be found in our Inventory Tracking guidance document. To assist with using the forms, CCB staff put together this YouTube playlist of demonstrations of the inventory tracking forms, including recent updates and enhancements to the system. Failure to accurately track inventory through the system may be considered a license violation and will lead to a referral to enforcement. |
