Administrative Court of Gera: driver’s license authority loses case despite extremely high THC levels
2026-03-12 | The Administrative Court of Gera halted the revocation of a driver’s license in expedited proceedings, despite measured values of approximately 140 ng/ml THC and 540 ng/ml THC-COOH. The court followed the argument of attorney Björn Schüller, stating that the order for a medical-psychological assessment (MPU) had been unlawful. In such a case, the driver’s license may not be revoked.
