The Marijuana Enforcement Division has issued this Industry Bulletin, reminding licensees of the upcoming second annual payment for the two-year license term. The Marijuana Enforcement Division (Division) will email notifications to licensees as due dates approach. These email notifications will be sent from the Division’s Licensing email address: dor_med_licensing@state.co.us. Please add this to your email contact list to avoid missing the email notification.

Background

Colorado Marijuana Rules require licensees to submit their second license fee payment 12 months before their license or permit expires. Failure to do so may lead to disciplinary action, including administrative action, fines, suspension, or license revocation. For details on your specific license, use the License Lookup Tool on the Division’s website.

How to Make Payments

To pay the second annual license fee, log on to the My License Online Portal. Select the license, click the 3 dots, then “view invoices.” Check the invoice box, click “pay,” and complete the payment via the third-party processor. Please read the Industry Bulletin for more details.
