The state is giving the public more time for comments on the proposed fees of the program.
Colorado officials have extended the public comment period on proposed fees for the state’s new psychedelic-assisted treatment program, delaying the final approval.
Initially, the Department of Revenue’s Natural Medicine Division planned to set fees during an October 16 rulemaking hearing. Officials decided to extend the hearing until October to give more time to the public to provide input. According to Skyhinews.com.
