The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR), in conjunction with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), is issuing a Health and Safety Advisory (HSA) due to the identification of potentially contaminated Regulated Marijuana Product produced by C&R Colorado LLC, doing business as Smokiez.

C&R Colorado LLC collaborated with the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) to initiate a voluntary recall for the affected Production Batches of Edible Regulated Marijuana Product. The affected product is listed in the Advisory (by license number and Production Batch) and was sold between April 26, 2025, and June 11, 2025, at approximately 85 stores across the state. Click here for a full list of the affected stores. The MED has not received any reports of adverse health events related to these products to this point.
