High Tide to Open Canna Cabana Store in Lucan, Ontario | Where to buy marijuana online

CALGARY, Alberta – Sept. 5, 2024. – PRESS REELEASE High Tide Inc. announced that its Canna Cabana cannabis retail store located at 389 Main Street in Lucan, Ontario will begin selling adult-use recreational cannabis products. This will be High Tide’s first licensed retail cannabis shop in Lucan. It will also be the 183rd Canna Cabana retail cannabis location in Canada and the 69th in Ontario.

The store is located in Lucan, Ontario and nestled within the scenic farmlands of Southwestern Ontario. It is roughly half-way between the major university hub of London, Ontario and the popular beach resort of Grand Bend. This organic Canna Cabana store will open in a new and rapidly growing retail center, which includes a major provincial supermarket chain, a Canadian Discount retailer, and several quick-service restaurant anchor tenants.

High Tide’s founder and CEO Raj Grover stated, “I am delighted to announce the opening our new Cabana at Lucan, Ontario.” High Tide has focused on expanding into Ontario’s cottage county and other underserved regions this year. Employee Stock Options

High Tide also announces that it has granted 60,000 incentive stock option (the “options”) as well as 50,000 in cancellations, to employees, consultants, and management of the firm. Each option is exercisable based on TSX Venture Exchange’s closing price for the company’s common stock on the last trading date immediately preceding this press release. The options expire three years after the grant date and vest over a period of two years. Each option can be used to purchase one share of common stock of the company. The options are issued in accordance with the company’s omnibus program, which went into effect on June 2, 2022.
