That looks suspiciously like Berner of Cookies but Robson doesn’t mention Cookies in his post unless the awesome thing (see below) is going to be a Cookies push into the UK.
Remember this just happened in the US and Berner’s got plenty of court cases in the the US going on as the various offshoots of Cookies squabble furiously
