The Australian Newspaper’s subtext  (There’s always a not so subtle subtext with a Murdoch rag) is of course that authorities must further crack down on young people using cannabis because a law & order solution is the only way forward and not a regulate, health and education solution.

The stats from the US & Canada are getting ever clearer in the asssertion that the latter and not the former is the way forward to lower teenage abuse of cannabis. But if you leave it to the black market it is as obvious as day following night that abuse is going to occur.
