The Department of Cannabis Control is issuing a consumer advisory for LVLUP Manufacturing, LLC. A mandatory recall notice has been issued on a single “Lime Ultra 5 Pack Pre-Rolls Infused” infused preroll product. This is due to the presence the pesticide, chlorfenapyr and inaccurate labeling that reported more cannabinoid contents than the product contained. A notice of mandatory withdrawal has also been issued due to the presence the pesticide, chlorfenapyr.
The website urges consumers to check the packaging of these products for the UIDs and batch numbers.
