Power Leaves Corp is working in Colombia in collaboration with indigenous peoples and the government in order to break the Coca Cola monopoly in the use of coca leaves in F&B, as well as exploring new product opportunities. Patrick McCutcheon, CEO of POWERLEAVES CORP., is set to pioneer a new sector by revolutionizing Coca-leaf Extract within the Food & Beverage Industry.
Patrick was previously the capital markets CEO of MediPharm Laboratories, the world’s largest cannabis oil producer by volume, revenue, and profitability. Patrick was previously the capital markets CEO and Chairman of MediPharm Labs, the largest cannabis oil producer in 2019 by volume, revenue and profitability. 28 M adjusted EBITA. MediPharm Labs was the first and most certified company in Global Canada Cannabis. He built up and ran the company with just a little under 300 employees. He advised and led discussions with four different countries adopting reforms and laws for cannabis. He has a long and successful career in the distribution of products for many different product categories.
Patrick has raised over 270M. He has built an independent board that is publicly listed, and brought in representatives from Big PHARMA and CPG, as well as Banking. He has built and run two GMP certified pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that export to seven countries. Patrick has spent six years raising capital from Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 banks in Canada, the US and Europe. He has advised, and continues to be active advisor, for more than thirteen companies over the past 6+ years.
Patrick has lived in Colombia now for the majority of last six months. Patrick was recruited as part of the founding PLC team based on his business achievements. Patrick’s expertise in high-quality pharmaceutical Cannabis extraction, manufacturing, and international distribution is what made him stand out. Patrick has been one of the most prolific capital raising leaders for new public sector markets in the last four years. He is now using these skills to create the first commercially feasible investment opportunity in COCA extract that is targeted towards the international Food and Beverage industries.
