The Oldenburg Higher Regional Court (OLG() has acquitted 40-year-old man from the charge of driving while under the influence. The driving ban of three months was lifted.

The man was originally sentenced to a 1,000 euro fine and a driving prohibition by Papenburg District Court He was found to have THC levels of 1.3 ng/ml. This was above the 1.0 ng/ml limit that was in place at the time.
