64% – Percentage likely voters who said that they would vote “yes” on Florida’s Amendment 3

Florida, where Amendment 3 is poised to legalize adult use marijuana in November, is the focus of the industry. According to the latest Emerson College Polling/The Hill poll, 64% likely voters plan to approve this measure, which requires 60% of voters to vote. Although that may seem positive, other recent polls have shown that the approval number has been fluctuating between 60% and 64%. There are still seven weeks until election day.
